Prior to Spyglass, Andy spent seven years overseas establishing creative departments in Europe and Australia, and was Creative Director for three other agencies over a 20-year span. Kyia has 30 years of experience as a creative catalyst and strategist who helps businesses innovate, differentiate and transform. She has a keen ability to synthesize insights and trends into game-changing campaigns and offerings. Kyia is an integrative and disruptive thinker who crosses boundaries and disciplines to generate new ideas and powerful, out-of-the-box concepts for market-leading clients like Weight Watchers, PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson.
Sara has proven to be a client favorite because of her high standards and stellar work ethic along with a remarkable ability to cover every detail when it comes to guiding even the largest national accounts to the promised land. Ben has 15+ years of experience helping companies like CWT, Optum, and Lifetouch leverage their interactive, online and social media channels for maximum impact. Ben is the strategic lead for Spyglass clients who need actionable, measurable and user-centered digital solutions, including custom applications, websites, online search and marketing campaigns, social media, and direct-to-customer emails.
