We’re delighted to introduce Celia Bertsch, who joined Spyglass in August as our Director of Client Service & Strategy.
Celia brings deep experience in client leadership, brand strategy and creative development. She helps clients get to the heart of a positioning or marketing challenge, see new possibilities and find a clear path forward.
Her experience includes reshaping brands, bringing new products and services to market, supporting sales teams, and creating work that connects with the people it’s meant to reach. What truly sets Celia apart is her ability to ask thoughtful questions, bring clarity to complex problems and turn strong ideas into work that makes a difference.
Celia is also warm, approachable and genuinely fun to work with. She brings a positive outlook to every challenge and has a natural ability to bring people together around a shared vision, and then keep that vision moving from the first spark of an idea through execution.
