Spyglass Creative | Hybrid (Minneapolis)
Spyglass is a Minneapolis-based strategic brand and marketing agency that works with business leaders to solve their mission-critical brand and marketing challenges. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Project / Account Manager to help oversee brand strategy and creative projects for clients across industries.

Your Role:
As a Senior Project / Account Manager, you will manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Spyglass team on key clients. Your day will include developing project plans, hosting client calls, coordinating internal meetings, and ensuring alignment between teams in a dynamic, flexible environment that values diverse perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery
- Organize and align project information for all team members and clients, including setting milestones and scheduling meetings
- Manage collaborative documentation and assets to streamline workflows, maintain version control, and incorporate client/vendor input
- Support the account team with estimates, briefs, invoicing, and timelines
- Monitor budgets and timelines, holding teams accountable for deadlines and quality
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage client and internal expectations
- Develop tools such as timelines and status reports to track project progress against goals, objectives, and budget
- Run internal resourcing and forecasting meetings
- Partner with vendors on tasks like printing, proofreading, and mailing
- Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience (agency experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful account and project management across multiple channels and industries
- Strong communication skills for guiding clients and managing creative teams
- Ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Expert-level proficiency in modern business communication and project management tools:
- Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
- PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Basecamp, Harvest, or similar platforms
- Outlook for email and scheduling
- PMP Certification (or similar) is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
